ColorFold 2 is a puzzle game designed for relaxation that focuses on folding and maneuvering colored ribbons. The basic premise seems straightforward: manipulate the ribbons to complete all designated checkpoints with the correct colors. However, the challenge surpasses initial impressions.
Discover 170 newly created levels, each meticulously crafted, alongside a plethora of innovative gameplay elements. Engage with the novel color-switches to alter a ribbon's color, utilize the jump-token to traverse voids, or employ strategic box movements to unlock gates - merely a glimpse of the multifaceted mechanics essential for puzzle resolution.
Every solution is saved and seamlessly synchronized across all your iOS devices post-puzzle completion. Not only can you pick up right where you left off across your devices, but you also retain access to review your puzzle strategies at your convenience.
If you find yourself in a quandary and seek guidance, avail yourself of three hints per level - a beneficial nudge in the correct direction. The hints have no imposed restrictions, yet it is advisable to preserve them as a last recourse.
The game comprises 170 levels distributed over 10 acts, progressively introducing and educating players on fresh gameplay mechanisms. Additionally, each act culminates in an extra challenging star-level devoid of hints. Overcoming a star-level rewards players with a new color theme as acknowledgment of their commendable accomplishment.
Completion of the first 8 star-levels unlocks act 9, where familiar dynamics undergo significant transformations.
